Every square is part of one shared, public artwork, so content is moderated. Prohibited content includes hate speech, slurs, harassment, sexually explicit material, doxxing, impersonation, malware or phishing links, and logos or artwork you don't have the rights to use.
AI-generated artwork is allowed only if it follows these rules and you hold the rights to publish it. Everything you set — color, name, link, and image — is reviewed before it appears. Repeat or serious violations result in removal of the square without a refund.
New customizations enter a review queue and typically go live within a short window. If a square is rejected, you'll be notified by email and given a chance to submit compliant content or request a refund under the policy below. We may remove or hide content at any time if it later turns out to violate these rules or the law.
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the square has not yet been customized and approved. Premium (center-tile) upgrades are refundable within the same window. Once a customization has been approved and is displayed, sales are final. To request a refund, email us from the contact page.
PixelCanvas is a digital collectible and public-art participation experience. It is not an NFT, not a token, not a security, and not an investment product. There is no blockchain, and there is no secondary market or transfer mechanism in v1. Owning a square does not transfer copyright in any logo, name, or third-party content you display on it.
