Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address (and name if you sign in via Google). We store the pixels you claim, your customizations (color, name, link, image), and basic payment metadata from Stripe (customer ID, payment status — never card numbers).

2. Google Sign-In

If you use Google sign-in, we receive only your email and basic profile for authentication. We do not access your Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.

3. Payments (Stripe)

Pixel purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

4. Advertising — Google AdSense

Signed-out visitors see ads served through Google AdSense. Please note:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent message is shown before any personalized advertising cookies are set, and you can decline or change your choice at any time. Purchasing any square removes ads for your account.

5. Analytics

We may use lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. No personally identifying information is shared with analytics providers.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / UK)

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your account record and associated data. Residents of the EU and UK have rights including access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, and deletion. Email us to exercise these rights and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

7. US State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the Google and industry opt-out links in Section 4. To exercise any other right, email us; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

8. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. Deleted accounts are permanently removed.

9. Children

PixelCanvas.ink is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
